Terms And Conditions

- Deposit to be paid to secure the purchase of dress.

- Final payment to be made when the dress is complete prior to pick up.

- All dresses are non – refundable.

 - Bespoke/ custom orders include all design aspects as agreed at time of purchase. Any changes to design can be discussed and a may be charged for accordingly.

 - If the order is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable.

 - Changes to the design can be made but these may be charged for.

 - We make your dress to agreed measurements, these will be stored for reference, any changes to these will result in the dress having to be re-made or altered and will be charged for.

 - If your wedding is postponed, we cannot postpone the making of the dress and the dress must be picked up at the original agreed time.
