How long does my dress take to make?

We usually take 6 - 8 months to make up dresses. We can also take rush orders though for a small fee where our team can make the dress in as little as 1 month.

 

What are your studio opening times? 

We are open Thursday - Saturday. Evenings and Sunday appointments are available upon request. Appointments to visit our studio are booked online using the booking page, email or over the phone. 

 

Where is your studio?

Our studio is based in Knaresborough which is in the Harrogate District, North Yorkshire, England. 

 

 Do you ship worldwide?

Yes.

 

Can I try a dress on before I buy?

Yes, you can either visit our Bridal studio in Harrogate to try on dresses or visit one of our stockists.

 

Do you do sizes or custom fitting?

All dresses are handmade to order especially for you in our studio in Harrogate. We can make them to your exact measurements or we can make it to your standard size. We can also make custom alterations on the dress - so if you wanted longer sleeves or a train e.t.c. that is all possible.

 

How do I take my measurements if I can't visit your studio?

Just email us at hello@lunabride.com and we will send you instructions on which measurements we need and how to take them.

 

Do dresses include any bra or cups?

We can add bra cups to some our structured dresses but for ones like the Beach dress brides usually wear either a stick on bra or low back bodysuit.

What is your return policy?

As all dresses are handmade to order especially for our customers we do not accept returns. We are here to help through the whole process and always ensure our customers are happy with their purchase and can help with any alterations e.t.c.

 

Do you make bespoke dresses?

Yes, we can create a dress to your design or we can come up with a design together. We have a huge range of fabrics to choose from and can work with you to create a one off dress especially for you.

 

If I love one of your dresses but would like something changing to the design is this possible?

Yes, as all designs are handmade to order, we can make any alterations to the design that you would like.
